How to Reach the Enchantment Altar
The Altar is located deep within the Esoteric Depths, an island shrouded in mystery.
- Find a Boat: Speak to Scott (or any Shipwright NPC) to spawn your boat.
- Navigate to Esoteric Depths: Drive to the right of the main spawn island until you see the island labeled "Esoteric Depths."
- Enter the Cave: Locate the large cave entrance on the island and walk through to the back.
- The Elevator: You will find an Esoteric Gatekeeper standing near an elevator.
- Cost: You must pay him 400 C$ to access the elevator.
- Go Down: Enter the elevator and press the button to descend into the depths.
How to Enchant Your Rod
Once you are at the bottom of the elevator, you will see the glowing Enchantment Altar.
The Requirements
- The Rod: Ensure you have the rod you want to upgrade equipped in your hands.
- Enchant Relic / Stone: You must have an Enchantment Stone (sometimes called an Enchant Relic) in your inventory.
- Where to get them: These can be fished up rarely in any location (with higher chances in the Depths) or purchased for 29 Robux in the shop.
The Process
- Walk up to the altar with your rod equipped.
- Hold the Enchantment Stone in your hand.
- Interact with the altar to consume the stone and roll for a random enchantment.
Notable Enchantments & Tiers
There are currently 14 different enchantments you can roll. Here are the most sought-after ones for top-tier fishing:

Don't settle for less: Many pro players aim for the Leprechaun enchantment (as mentioned in the video) because the flat Luck boost makes catching Legendary and Mythical fish significantly easier.
