Summoning the Leviathan
- Travel to Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea.
- Locate the Spy NPC at the very top of Tiki Outpost.
- Interact with the Spy and select 'Clues'.

- If the Spy says 'I don't know anything yet', you are on cooldown from a previous Leviathan defeat. Defeat 20 Sea events to reset the cooldown. Alternatively, have a teammate not on cooldown bribe the Spy.
Preparing for the Hunt
- Select a suitable boat. The Grand Brigade offers high HP. The Lantern is a free, smaller option with comparable health and better maneuverability for dodging cannonballs.
- Assemble a group of at least five players. The Leviathan will not spawn without a minimum of five players on the boat.
Locating the Leviathan
- Navigate your boat into the ocean, following your compass.
- Proceed until you reach the 'Question Mark' zone, also known as the Rough Sea. This zone causes your compass to act erratically and the screen to darken. The Leviathan spawns only in this zone.
- Once in the 'Question Mark' zone, find the Frozen Dimension.
- Interact with the frozen orb within the Frozen Dimension to initiate the boss battle.
Leviathan Boss Battle
- The Leviathan emerges from the sea.
- Focus attacks on the Leviathan's three tails first. Each tail destroyed reduces the boss's health by 250,000 and drops Leviathan Scales.
- After all three tails are destroyed, the Leviathan's main body shield drops.
- Attack the Leviathan's main body to defeat the boss.
